OVERVIEW
From the heaven-sent Upper Room experience known as Pentecost, the Christian Church was born and the world was changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
It has been said that if the Holy Spirit were taken away from our churches today, 95 percent of what we do would continue and no one would notice the difference.
CONCLUSION: Not more resources, not more programs. If we don't have the Holy Spirit, we are empty shells going through the motion of rituals and church activity.
OUR EXAMPLE: "Morning by morning Jesus communicated with His Father in heaven, receiving from Him daily a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit." ST Nov 21, 1895
