Vicki Griffin, MS Human Nutr, MPA, MACN (Research Director, Author) Vicki Griffin is an author, speaker, and Director of the Lifestyle Matters Health Intervention series (www.lifestylematters.com). She is the editor of Balance magazine and Balanced Living tracts. Vicki has lectured and traveled worldwide sharing the lifestyle link to better mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. She has guest lectured at Michigan State University Medical School and School of Osteopathy, Cornell University, Loma Linda University Heart Institute, and Andrews University. She has held workshops for the Michigan Nurse Practitioner's Association, the National College of Nurse Practitioner's, and the Munson Center Bariatric Surgery Group in Traverse City, Michigan.Vicki has a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Cal State Fullerton. She is a member of the American College of Nutrition. Her special interest is in the area of nutrition and cognitive function, brain health, and addictions. Vicki has two grown children and two grandchildren
