OUT OF THE PIT – JOSEPH|S STORY AND YOURS

Larry Lichtenwalter

OVERVIEW

The role of the life of Joseph in the book of Genesis is a focal point for an end-time generation waiting for the return of Jesus Christ. Joseph rose from the pit to regal power, and woven throughout is the theme of moral excellence, the theme of unbending obedience, and the theme of unswerving faithfulness of the God of Heaven. He is the model person for those who are on the verge of "crossing over."

In this series, you will find resources to help deal with the dark pits in your life. This story casts a vision of what God's people must accomplish--to rise from the "pit" of being human to the "mountain" of being like God through the power of His grace to transform a life. The same God who helped Joseph can do it again, and Joseph's story can be yours.
